Did you know that proper laundry maintenance and laundering can help shape your figure and preserve the elasticity of your laundry? Here are some key tips on how to extend the life of your laundry with proper maintenance:

1. Regular washing: It is recommended to wash your underwear after every wear, or at least after every third wear if you are wearing overalls and bodysuits with panties underneath. Washing at 30 degrees is recommended.
2. Use a mild detergent: when washing laundry, avoid aggressive detergents that can damage the fabric and cause it to lose its shape. Instead, use mild detergents that are suitable for delicate garments and preserve the elasticity of the fabric.

How a small imperfection can affect your appearance

We are approaching a period full of business events, when we always think carefully about what we are going to wear. Especially if the event is two or more days and you need to choose a wardrobe for the evening part.

We need to spend a little more time and attention on the choice of a woman's wardrobe in the business world and think about what is the most appropriate style and what the concept of business socialising allows us to wear. The first thought for a formal wardrobe is definitely a suit, which can be trousers, a skirt or a dress and a jacket. More important than the choice of the combination of clothes itself is to choose something that makes you feel confident and relaxed.

Even a nice suit or dress can quickly be spoilt by little things like

> too tight a belt,

> cutting inappropriate underwear into the skin around your hips or waist,

> overly transparent dresses with no lining,

> pinched skin on the back due to the bra being too small.

How do we combine lingerie correctly to shape the body?

How to choose the right size

Body measurements are taken with a tailor's tape measure/ tape measure, in underwear. If possible, ask a friend for help.

Clothes must be snug and compressed in certain areas. Choose the same size as you wear for regular underwear or. the rest of the wardrobe.

IMPORTANT - Body shaping underwear looks smaller than regular underwear, but it's just the right size. You may have to wear it a little longer, especially the bodysuits, but it will only squeeze you in the right places. If you want your underwear to be more comfortable, choose a size larger. It will still squeeze in the right places, but it will be more suitable for longer wear.

A. Breast circumference is measured at the widest part of the breast. Place the tape measure in the centre of the breast at nipple height and wrap it around the torso under the armpits so that the two ends of the tape measure touch. It is important that the tape measure is level.

B. Measure the chest circumference just below the breast crease in a straight line across the back. Place the tape measure under the chest and wrap it around the torso. This measurement will also tell you your bra size (65, 70, 75 ...). Check that the tape measure is not twisted or deformed in any other way.

C. The belt circumference is measured where the belt is narrowest. This is usually just above the navel and below the ribs, even if we wear trousers at a different height. Place the tape measure in the middle and wrap it around your torso so that the two parts of the tape measure touch.

D. Hip circumference is measured across the widest part of the hips and buttocks. Place the tape measure approximately halfway between the navel and the cleft, wrap it around the buttocks and read the measurement. Check that it is in a straight line.
