What to do if my underwear doesn't fit?
When shopping online, you may choose the wrong size, or the wrong model, and want to return or exchange your underwear.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email info@pinnashop.si or by using the withdrawal form, without being required to give a reason for your decision, and to send the goods to the sender within this period. The only cost to you for this withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods.
You can send us your laundry via Post of Slovenia, GLS, DPD, ... at your choice to Wild Wear d.o.o., Vandotova ulica 57, 1000 Ljubljana.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you exchange your products for another model or. the size is the same as for returns, i.e. you send the products to Wild Wear d.o.o., Vandotova ulica 57, 1000 Ljubljana. Please let us know your preferences by e-mail or by the message enclosed in the parcel and we will send you the new products as soon as we receive them. For reshipment, a GLS delivery surcharge of EUR 3,99 will apply.
