Protection of personal data

Any personal data you provide to us when logging in to your account, when placing an order or when sending us questions via the contact form is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. We never rent, sell or allow any third party to process your personal data.

After submitting the registration form, we will send you instructions on how to activate your account to your email address. If you did not receive this email, it may have been blocked by your email service provider’s mail software. Please check your spam folder or contact us at info@pinnashop.si.

Select a product in the online shop and add it to your shopping basket. A list of the selected products will appear on the right-hand side. You can also access your shopping basket using the icon in the top right corner of each page.

Once you have put all the items you want in your basket, go to the checkout and complete your purchase. Enter your details, choose your delivery method and payment method.

In the Pinna online shop you can pay for your products cash on delivery, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by bank transfer to our bank account. You will receive all the details for the transfer in the order confirmation to your e-mail address.

As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email info@pinnashop.si or by using the withdrawal form, without being required to give a reason for your decision, and to send the goods to the sender within this period. The only cost to you for this withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods.
