On the pinnashop.si website, the provider offers the following payment methods:

• advance payment (transfer to TRR),
• by credit card (via the secure payment service Stripe)
• cash on delivery (surcharge € 1)

All prices in the pinnashop.si online shop are selling prices in euros (EUR) and are valid on the day of order or at the time of order confirmation. We are taxable. The final price is subject to a delivery charge added at the last step of the order process.

We accept orders every day, 24 hours a day. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays and products are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery is € 4.90 (incl. VAT) and free for purchases over € 69.00.

Shipping costs are included in the last step of the online order or added to the final amount of the products’ value. This amount includes packaging, shipping and delivery. We ship by GLS.

In case of unsuccessful delivery, when the customer does not collect the parcel despite GLS’s requests and the parcel is returned to the sender, the customer will be charged a re-shipment fee of EUR 4.90.

In the event that the customer places or confirms an order, accepting the General Terms and Conditions, and then refuses the package upon delivery, the customer is liable for a shipping charge of EUR 4.90, to be invoiced separately and charged at a later date.

The Provider shall use appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders and payments.

The Provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. All data obtained through the PINNA website will be used exclusively for sending invoices and other necessary communications in connection with the purchase of an item.

The Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, product characteristics, availability and price may change so rapidly that the supplier is unable to correct the information on its website. In such a case, the supplier will inform the customer of the changes and give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order or to exchange the product ordered. We are not liable for typographical errors.

The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods that he or she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his or her decision. The period starts one day after the date of receipt of the goods.

The consumer shall notify the withdrawal from the contract to the Seller’s e-mail address: info@pinnashop.si. For this purpose, the Customer may optionally use the withdrawal form.

If you exchange the product for another model or size, a re-delivery fee of EUR 4.90 is payable.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer shall send the received item by post to Wild Wear d.o.o., Vandotova ulica 57, 1000 Ljubljana.

The consumer may inspect and test the goods to the extent strictly necessary to establish the factual situation. The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution is due to conduct which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The only cost to the consumer of withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The item must be returned to the trader within 30 days of the date of the cancellation notice (purchase).

Refunds of payments made will be made as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

In the event of withdrawal from a contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code has been used, these funds will be taken into account as a discount and will not be refunded to the user. Only the amount paid will be refunded to the user.

A consumer who has duly notified the seller of a defect has the right to require the seller to:

• replace the defective goods with new faultless goods; or
• refund the amount paid.

Wild Wear Ltd complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfil its duty to ensure an effective complaints handling system.

In case of problems, the buyer can contact the feeder by email at info@pinnashop.si. The complaint handling process is confidential.

In accordance with the legal norms, Wild Wear Ltd. does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes.

Wild Wear d.o.o., as a provider of goods and services online in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP). The platform is available to consumers here.

These rules are based on the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
