Delivery
Orders placed by 16:00 every day from Monday to Friday will be delivered within two working days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be delivered within 3 working days. This does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Refunds
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. As the buyer, you are obliged to notify us of the return by email info@pinnashop.si or by using the withdrawal form before returning the item. We only accept returns in the following cases:
- the product you have received is incorrect,
- the product has not arrived as expected (e.g. damaged packaging),
- the product has defects.
Returned products must be stored in their original packaging, securely wrapped, unused and undamaged. Pack them in a cardboard box to protect them during transport, preferably in the same box used for shipping.
