Delivery
Orders placed daily from Monday to Friday until 4 p.m. CET will be delivered within two working days. Orders placed after 4 p.m. CET hour, they will be delivered within 3 working days. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Refunds
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. As the buyer, you are obliged to notify us of the return by email info@pinnashop.si or by using the withdrawal form before returning the item. We only accept refunds in the following cases:
- the product you have received is incorrect,
- the product has not arrived as expected (e.g. damaged packaging),
- the product has defects.
Returned products must be stored in their original packaging, securely wrapped, unused and undamaged. Pack them in a cardboard box to protect them during transport, preferably in the same box used for shipping.
